I think I definitely need to study lighting and cloth better and fix the shadows/highlights on this, but could I get some general feedback? I did this from imagination but I'm used to doing studies so not feeling too confident.

Please disregard the fact that this is Hitler for a minute.

How fucked is this? I think the lighting might be off but I don't know how to fix it without making the character look bare.
