I just use a G-pen at 10 pixels with stabilization turned off. I'm not quite sure why you still haven't figured out the screentone thing yet but but heres a quick showcase of that. One thing to note though, at higher resolutions the screentones will become more and more smoothed out like grey, so experiment with different "frequencies" (this controls the spacing between the dots). Since this is a very low res image I cranked it up all the way to 85. Normally you want something like 60 for anything manga or illustration sized 4000x4000+ pixels
