I finally decided to take the loomis pill and I cant draw fucking figures they just break my brain. No matter how hard I try they look so fucked up.

Even the absolute basics such as constructing a head, this loomis skeleton, proportions, all help you. Just look at a few online video tutorials on construction. I don't know how liked he is, but I enjoyed Draw With Jazza's Construction videos.
