Very manga influenced, but I like it.
One of my current faves is James Harren, who is also influenced by manga and I also see a big Kirby influence there.
Despite being a big classic American comics fan, I'm not averse to the big manga influence on current western creators. It's obviously where the energy is, but I find it best when infused with western influences, otherwise it descends into trite weebery.
