I can't really find the right one, but I knew it seemed familiar. Also the eyes are literally copy pasted, except the hair, the whole face including headphones look copy pasted. Actually the whole picture looks like a photobash of different art styles altogether.

Doubt he'd get a big gig, Japanese don't think very highly of tracing illustrators. Especially when there are thousands of other nip illustrators who'd smash out a unique, gorgeous piece from scratch, and with passion.
