If you're insistent on this I would suggest getting the biggest, newest model that's compatible with the newer versions of the apple pencil. From what I heard their position can be read by the tablet before making contact which is a pretty important feature and one of the biggest advantages a Wacom had over them up until this point.

I have a 6th generation and it's just...whatever. My ungloved drawing hand moves the screen unintentionally often, old model pencil so you have to shove it up the ipad's ass to charge it-and do so often-its general performance has dwindled over time with Apple's intentional "update" bloat (Procreate crashed twice in the process of making this epic drawing).

I don't see the appeal
