theres a lot of work to be done but you're definitely out of the absolute shit stage, keep drawing.

i think you need to loosen up, give yourself even less time for the figures. one minute or less. there's a lot of completely unnecessary lines, it looks very messy, lots of scribbles. you need your linework to be economic, less is more. focus on the dynamism of your lines, on the "feeling" of the model you see rather than proportions. picrel - study hampton's tips and his drawings, you should aim for something like that. maybe change your tool, a brushpen or a pencil perhaps? only after you manage to loosen up and convey more dynamism start focusing on forms, construction and proportions. doing it the other way around will -always- result in stiff, snowman looking figures.

i feel like some of the heads you drew are flat. 18, 24, 25, 9 - i dont feel the form at all. 12, 16, 23 are better. are you learning 1,2 and 3 point perspective along with drawing these? anon posted an useful perspective tool today : https://darrigovalentin.github.io/ before you draw a head, try to rotate the box until you get it to the perspective you think the head is in. like you put the head in the box. dont draw the box, just practice rotating in, try to remember the perspective view you got and only after then start sketching the heads.

and for the love of god - remember to draw from imagination. draw this on a piece of paper and hang above your desk. never ever neglect drawing from imagination.
