Not bad, but be careful of a few things. You are using too many soft edges, so I would avoid the soft brush for a bit as it makes the forms mushy. Also the colours are varying a bit too much so the greenish skintones and such are looking rather odd. I don't have your ref but did a quick paintover showing how even with the basic round brush you can quickly cut in and clean it up a bit. Check out some of Algenpfleger's round brush studies of portraits on permanoobs too.
