value is relative, you need to add the hair properly, background and the shirt etc if you want to get them right. (a and b are the same value in pic related)

if you insist on doing this and giving it to her, I would try to get away with an ink piece with as few lines as possible, with swathes of tone for the hair/shirt/bk etc.
