Hello. Please tell me what is wrong with this ANATOMICALLY. I know the lines are shakey and a bit uneven( It's a sketch and I'm using a touchpad.Not a tablet or a mouse.Kill me.)

Please ignore the right hand. I am not finished with it and I am going to start making a reference tomorrow for it.

Any other critique is welcome, but be aware that I know of the shaky lines and the thinness of the lines ( add lineweight!) I am only going to add lineweight when the drawing is anatomically correct.
