Hello, founder of #UnmotivatedLosers here.

We have been together for four weeks now. I have often seen people join and post many images in the first week. In following weeks they post less and less until they have to be kicked for inactivity.

I have noticed that the key to success in the group is becoming active in talking to other group members. That is why we strongly suggest getting in group chat (dA irc client), emails, skype, or other methods of communication. Those who are most active in chat are also the most active in the group.

Also, group members do not have to submit every day. Because of time restrictions, it is also allowed to submit all drawings done that week in one day on Saturday. As long as the members are drawing every day!
