The fingers look a little off, it would be best to use a reference. I wasn't sure If this person's hand and face were against a piece of glass, or just hovering near it. If it is pressed against it, then a good way to show that is to lighten the parts shown, like in this reference.

The guy looks good, the right eyebrow looks a little off. It looks like it has been scribbled in, when eyebrows are strokes of hair, much like the hair you've drawn for his mustache. Just thicker, and more stuck together, not individual hairs.

Guy looks good. His head looks oddly large for his body. His hands look like that of a sand panda's, but that just might be your reference. In any case, more detail is necessary there.

Each have good facial expressions in general.
