Your problem is that you have no conception of how to depict 3D form on paper/drawing surface. Also, the reference you chose isn't very good, especially for your level of skill. There's a lot of overlapping body parts, half of her body is hidden behind her leg, and there is no strong light source.

Try Drawabox to learn how to draw 3d forms, then read Loomis to apply that knowledge.
