I understand the frustration and was there for a bit, but you need to get a grip and realize you're literally at step 1 of a million. You're not gonna be creative and draw everything perfectly just cuz you pick up a pencil. I'm just a beg, myself, but I had similar hurdles and can tell you what helped me:

1. Get out of your head and just draw whatever. Little kids can draw without a care in the world, you can do it, too.
2. What is your end goal? Figure out what that is and research what you need to make it happen. Then start working on the fundamentals and build up to the more complex stuff. eg for figure drawing: shapes, lines, construction/form, gesture, proportion, anatomy, lighting/shading, coloring, etc. also, don't think of every single thing you need to do cuz it's overwhelming. Take it at your own pace in bits.
3. Do actual research and look up videos, books, and tutorials. Follow along with them. See where you're struggling and work on improving.
4. Be realistic and keep your expectations grounded. You just started and you aren't going to somehow be a professional artist at the beginning. Also, not every sketch or piece needs to be amazing, you're allowed to have bad art.
5. You can do copy studies like /asg/. that way, you try to match the good artists and see where you're lacking, what you need to work on, and go from there. It's 1 to 1 and you'll definitely see when you're off with something.
6. Draw what you like and don't always do studies. Drawing should be fun for you, but it can also be a drag when you see how far you need to go.
7. Stop it with the pity party or just crab over in the /ngmi/ thread. People here are generally willing to help new artists if you actually put an effort and try. Fuck, man. there's literally /beg/ + /int/ and "stupid questions" threads going on at all times just for new people who have no idea wtf they're doing. I've been able to get feedback on my stupid, crappy studies like picrel and I'm better for it.
