You obviously feel you have things you could enjoy more on your mind.
What you really need is inspiration from the work of artists you find interesting, then try to mimick their style if you like it enough.
But if being tired is what's making you procrastinate then stop masturbating and put that energy into something productive.
Also think more towards the outcome rather than the process, something to look forward to it a way.

Just before this thread turns to shit let me recommend that if you want to get good at what you potentially want to continue doing then don't draw fucking anime. Try studying actual human beings, and once you've figured out how to train your observational skills to a decent level then try applying what you've learnt through drawing anime again.
But of course if you're only doing this for the fun of it then just carry on having fun. But having drawing as a skill is pretty satisfying.
