I'm doing 250 boxes for drawabox ATM but I'm really keen to get into gesture drawing as I know all the bones and muscles (I do remedial massage).
My issue is being able to draw the 60second gesture drawings.

I've just been copying from Michael Hamptons Figure drawing book. I read through to page 27 and it made quite a bit of sense but I still can't create a 60 second sketch, even if I sit on it for 5minutes.
Do I need to know my fundamentals more to achieve this? Or am I missing something
