Start speaking to your family members, unlist all watched threads, clean up your youtube "watch later folder" , do exercise and exercise personal hygene.
Then just go fucking talk to people, don't turn back and think to yourself "well i had more fun being alone in my damp pit of a room doomscrolling".
Just do things with people and if you are truly focused on getting better at art, then you will, without ever touching this fucking radioactive zone.

Everyone can learn how to make art, some take longer than others but it's possible for all.
