Other than the perspective, critique?

I would like a bit more of information for the perspective as well, like I understand the points but like out of place objects that don't go to the vanishing point.

Also, you guys know how to self discipline? Like I know what I got to do to improve my art but I can't get myself to do it. Maybe you artfags could give some tips for that as well.
