Now I don't profess to be an expert in perspective, so take this with a grain of salt, but it doesn't look like the feet are planted on the perspective grid you laid out, to me. Eyeballing the foot placement I got a horizon line closer to here, which is about where I felt like it was when I first looked at the image.
