Just updated photoshop and my intuos pro drivers have already died two times in one drawing session. Don't buy large you'll end up moving your hand all the way across the surface giving yourself carpal tunnel syndrome (both small + large = carpal tunnel syndrome). Also be aware that the surface eats nibs like crazy so you'll need to either buy a smoothing sheet or have something over the surface or grind the surface down.

You realise that whatever shitty discord took their courses off cgpeers, right? cgpeers/persia combination has everything that I ever want or will ever want from courses, cracked programs, plugins and pro courses. Anyone who cares about art should get into cgpeers asap. They might have closed their doors and no user except official recruiters can issue invites, but you can still secure an official invite from a myanonamouse account that is 6 months old and has reached Power User userclass.

I warned people years and years back to get into cgpeers when it was open for signup. And now open signups are shut forever. Myanonamouse is currently the only way in. And myanonamouse isn't too difficult to get into or level up in at the moment. You know the people who I warned about getting into the top tier movie and television trackers? Well now they have to literally upload 500 GB of shit and like 500 uploads on an insanely hard tracker to even have a chance of getting in to the trackers that they want. At all!

So if you want courses, etc. Mark my words you want to get into cgpeers early before they pull the invite thread on myanonamouse. 6 months is not a very long time and you don't want to be wait and sit and wait only for them to pull the invite thread forever and plant it on that same insane tracker with no bonus points at all.

Say you get into one of these alleged HUGE discords and they get shutdown or the person with the cgpeers account decides to stop sharing the courses. Or they don't share what you want. Then you won't be able to get them. Biliblili, those discords, onlinecourses.club, gfxpeers/domain and every pirate site you can possibly think of offering GFX/VFX/2D/3D courses/programs/plugins/materials is essentially reuploading a tiny, tiny percentage of cgpeers.

Twitch livestream. A few things you need to know about twitch:
A) They only keep the VODs for a very short period of time. I never bother downloading the VODs and sometimes they get uploaded to youtube or bilibili or some shit but most of the time they don't which means if you missed it you're fucked (and it won't even end up on cgpeers or cgpersia so if you like an artist then make sure you rip it before it fucking disappears forever)
B) Actual livestream is likely in an RMTP type format and they inject ads into the broadcast so if you want to watch a stream make sure you use the developer version of uBlock or you'll be fucked when you watch a stream and miss half of it because of the ads every 5 minutes. I keep having to write my own adblock rules every time I visit that cancerous site so most of the time I don't even fucking bother
C) The last time I tried to find a VOD downloader it took me like 5 hours and I'm pretty sure I literally had to give that piece of malware my username and password in order to "download" the VOD
tl;dr FUCK twitch and FUCK artists that use it
And the last time I watched that particular Yueko livestream she didn't do anything interesting, I think she just patted the line for like half an hour and probably went off to the toilet or something and never came back

It's founded on my own experience anon. 17 years of being shitty/mediocre since I could pick up a pencil and 3 years of /int/ stuff. If only I could turn back time and tell my past self what to focus on.
