For learning how to render/color, it's exceptionally useful. For learning anatomy it may not be the best option unless it's widely acknowledged that the artist is exceptionally good at anatomy.

I see vertically asymmetric eyes. (Assuming that the mouth and eyebrows are lined up correctly rather than eyes, but with this angle it's indeed much more likely.) If you want to leave the far one like that, then we have to move it to the edge of the face, like shown on the pic, or the size ratio will be broken again. It is not a very good option since humans have their eyes enclosed in the sockets and the other eye is usually covered by the nose in such angles. I'd say it's better to change their form accordingly. But first you have to position them symmetrically. I'm not sure if you wanted to show that the far eye is open wider than the other. The distances between the eyelids and eyelashes don't differ too much. It depends on your intent. I've gone with the idea that they are open to the same extent.

P.S. You seem to make your eyes a little bit too wide for these faces, by the way.
