Most of the people I know have mental illnesses and depression and they can spend 8 hours playing vidya or even watching anime, or even shit posting on 4chan.

I mean if you can enjoy one hobby and you don't enjoy another one then don't do the one you don't like then, no matter how much of a special snowflake you want to be.

I mean, art is just like video games, you put in the hours, you get good, most people do it as a hobby, its fun, therapeutic, and if you really dedicate yourself, and its a longshot, you can paint/play vidya professionally.
You can paint with people
You can paint alone
You can paint online with others.

Really man, if people wanna bitch about painting, make excuses, but can spend like 6 hours doing anything else in their lives, then maybe painting isn't for them ya know.

If Johnny autism can spend 20 hours speedrunning Sonic the Hedgehog or playing SS13, Mobas, Dorf or any FPS then surely he can spend 20 hours painting., he just chooses not to.

Find a new hobby OP.
