I've made actually some of those redlines, I'm not sure if this is what you wanted. Seriously though, best way to learn this is to read "Charles Bargue And Jean Leon Gerome Drawing Course" Which is the best book on that matter, Picasso and van Gogh learnt from this book

There is short instruction how to draw plates from book, and then just draw from the book as it will go progressively more harder. They explain in book much better than me.
