Hey d/ic/ks.

I am in need of some guidance, the problem is very specific. I've never worked digitally before. But I found myself in a job where I draw the monthly children's comic series for Turkish Airlines flight magazine. I bought an Intuos 5, and started learning PS and AI this week. My problem is, I dont know what program to use for what. And whenever I switch the file from one to the other my work seems to get ruined. Layers disappear, etc. I'd like you guys to give me tips in this thread about using whichj program for what and when to switch to the other. The current situation is dire since it takes too much time to fix what I fuck up over and over again.
