You'd have to judge it subjectively like any other submission, I don't paint digitally so if you, from experience, think Choob's submission could have taken less than 30 minutes then by all means report it for "Low Effort" like any other under 30 minute submission.

The act of tracing itself isn't against the rules.
Drawing less that 30 minutes is.

You'll likely not get it to the tribunal with one vote, so you'll have to convince us it took less than 30 minutes to draw the submission and persuade us to report it with you, likely other more experienced artists here can tell if it took less than 30 minutes or not, the submission is here to report:

If you can't get any other artists to report with you after this, then likely no one else thinks it took less than 30 minutes to complete as you do, but if you do get it into the tribunal all power to you and the other artists.
