ANON! This is so COOOOL! I had to jump in. Man this clothing design is SO GOOD. This whole pic, It reminds me those 90s designs, blocky, elegant, solid and cool. That Hat and that face, man. I LOVE IT.

Like other anon said, there is an uneven style between your figure design (elegant, solid confident), and the clothing details, like folds are all over the place, and the lines are wobbly, BUT THE DESIGN, is PERFECT.
I would said to think of clothes like some hard material, like cardboard, too make them look solid, simple and elegant. And avoiding "folds"and crevices, as much as possible. The design alone is so good that there's no need to add lines of detail to "fill" anything here.
