Just got my Giano yesterday, and I'm having issues with the pen sensitivity. I figure since you're a shill, you might be able to help me with the customer support.

It's not just that it hits maximum pressure too lightly; it never reaches less than 75% pressure. I go from too light for the tablet to detect the pen's contact straight to 75%, and then a little more force brings it up to 100%. I'm getting SOME variation in line width, but all the lines end blunted instead of tapering.
