This piece made me decide I want to master drawing, when I saw it ~4 years ago.
It was the first time I felt something looking at a picture, something other than aesthetic feeling. I felt weight and weightlessness, cold shivering and wonder. Fear and fascination.
Lucien has that in many of his works, it's probably the only artist I loved then and still love despite my taste in art changing drastically over the years.

This one was when I realized an artist can communicate raw emotions with his pictures, and I just wanted to be that powerful.
