I spent a decade making NOTHING AT ALL because I had so much anxiety that I may make something bad or be embarrassed, that I was crippled. This was a means to escape that.

Not to mention that you learn a lot more making mistakes than if you just follow instructions forever. I scheduled for doing things wrong as part of it.
