The biggest problem to me is Dixie Kong's face. It looks super flat when the character is supposed to have a more rounded monkey face. I would have positioned her more like the other girl and extended the bottom of her face out more. The only other big issue is the feet of the girl, they look completely unfinished Like you just gave up, the lack of detail on them is jarring. There are plenty of other issues, like Dixie's torso and eyes, but those two stuck out to me the most.
Keep trying, I find the art decently pleasing to look at and despite what >>3404788 said you are not the worst in this thread.
