>Nothing makes sense in your project.
It's like controlled chaos or whatever. Leaning into what makes you cringe and creating nonsense rules and stuff.
>Like: "Ok, I'm going to shit in glass jars for the next three years and label them with the names of all greek philosophers, from the earliest to the present ones. And at the end of the whole deal, I'm going to open all jars in my home town on the market place and recite the entire manual of my printer in a low, dramatic voice!"
Sounds dope. Can I steal this?
>Anyone can come up with childish "rules" for a "project"
That's not an argument in "art" to me. Just because "anyone" can do something doesn't mean they are. And who the fuck determines what they do by whether or not they think "anyone" else could? I'd imagine anyone else could. I'm actively encouraging people to do that.
>Are you still in school? Is this your final exam kind of idea?
Nah it's just the framework by which I motivate and focus myself. Figured it'd be an interesting means to develop a novel aesthetic. Film the entire process in timelapse and figure out video projects on the way.
>You keep telling it is meaningful, people keep telling you otherwise and you choose to ignore.
It's the most important thing in my life. I "choose to ignore" the assholes that project the self-justification they use for why they do nothing at me. It's happening regardless.
