Guys, help me out here, I've been thinking about this shit a lot, some outside opinion might help me with some insight.

I've been using a CTL 671 One by wacom for 3 years now, and I've been doing ok with it (pic related) but I want to upgrade my shit, because I think it's about time.

Now, I've always wanted to get a display tablet, but I come from a place where shit is prohibitly expensive (brazil), so purchases like these are a big deal for me. A cintiq 22hd for example is the equivalent to 3.200USD here. I thought about getting a Huion Kamvas 19, which is still expensive as all fuck, but at least I can buy it (~950USD on black friday sales) but judging by these threads, it has a lot of issues (though I'm not sure if it's just 4chan being 4chan or it's actually a bad product).

Is getting a small (13") display even worth it? I feel like it problably won't be much of an upgrade for the amount of money I'd be paying for it.
