Ok so yesterday afternoon I drank some fresh rosemary twigs and green tea.
It definitly helps, aspecially when sleeping dreaming I was turning heads hands around like I really got it.
Verry clear and kinda felt like I had drank a magic potion during the dreams.
Searched around about it before I drank it and it seems to have recognized positive effects.
Most of this comes from the sap so fresh is best or there are extracts too
Also they recommend to not take it for more than 2 months and then take at least a one month break.
I think I'm going to order some after the whole holiday buzz dies down.
