Shadows are rarely pitch black (see your nostril) and highlights are rarely pure white (see nose & head highlights). Think about the color of the light source and how it would effect the skin color. Also use references when drawing faces. The way you drew face wrinkles is completely symbol drawn, you just drew what you think wrinkles look like. Same goes for the eyes, you didnt consider the socket. As for teeth, dont view them as indiviual objects, think of them as a singular object. No one has black spaces between their teeth, you drew them that way because once again you are symbol drawing. Most artists will draw teeth as just one shape.
