Why cant I seem to get comfortable drawing at my computer.

Just bought a tablet and have been trying to use it, but I'm in pain when I draw longer than 10 minutes. My pinky starts to hurt a lot when holding it against the tablet, my right elbow starts to hurt while on my hard plastic arm rests, and honestly most of my fingers start to hurt after not that long of a time too..

I dont think that I'm drawing that hard, I can go back to my sketchbook and be mostly fine, but I havent found a comfortable position while using this tablet. It's a small tablet so maybe that's a part of it.

Any advice?
