This makes for great value practice but I'm honestly scared of going any further because I'm not confident in my ability to detail the human body ever since I started studying again.

Would it be best to add a little touches to the bottle and values on the fetus and continue studying? I've finished maybe 2 other drawings since I stopped to make some fun pieces.
