Ear is fine, but her skull is way too small. To improve the hand, try to do this gesture with your actual hand and copy it. Right now it looks like she's grabbing her thumb, and if it's her left hand, it means her thumb is on the wrong side.

Does a head count?

It becomes realy obvious and easy to do once you get a better grasp at thinking in 3d.

In the meantime there isn't much better to do than constructing the basic head shape, finding the guidlines for brows, eyes, nose, lips, (loomis or other method)
and getting the shapes right using reference

look at things (stylized and non-stylized), redraw/reconstruct them and read books on perspective/anatomy but always draw more than you read.
