Youtube tutorials by marc brunet, somenormalartist, mikey and a few others, the usual stuff, i mostly focus on anime since that's what i want to draw and don't bother too much with realism, i can't draw a nose for example.
I also use A LOT of random tutorials i find on the internet such as pic related as well, i have like a thousand of them saved and slowly delete everything i personally consider i don't need anymore. In terms of reading, nothing, i know i should but so far i just read the first 50 pages of perspective made easy and that's it.
