I'm trying to learn Loomis, but I'm a little confused about the part where he says that the hairline is about halfway up from the brow to the top of the head(giving you one of the 1/3s you need). However the hairline seems to be way further up and I always end up with really short faces.
Can someone explain, I'm really dumb.
