My personal advice?
Start by gathering a LOT of references. But try to be selective and strategic.

I have a Pinterest full of miscellaneous images that I think may come in handy.
Sure enough, your pose reminded me of a photo I saved.

Your character's right hand has that flared finger that could use reference.
And of course, given the manga-style we're all going for... Look up manga references that do speedlines.
I found some One Punch Man images that I think are close enough to get a general idea.

Using good references and practice, you should be able to improve your art tenfold!
