The text on her stomach is saying something about the anime's animation director. I have no idea what the last Kanji is, but the artist was the chief animation director for episodes 2-6 and 9-12 and the OP, so I think he was probably announcing that he got to do animation directing for the anime when he posted it on Twitter.
