What are some unconventional way to study visuals? I think pic related is good for anatomy as you can see most of the muscle/bones clearly while still having a live subject. I don't know if anyone else has ever thought of using anorexic or unhealthy subjects for this. Here's the full video if anyone is interested.

I've also been told that observing plant and insect life irl in person is very inspiring and you always find unusual patterns you don't see anywhere else, I also believe that irl nature is a lot more versatile than anything found in books as it constantly spawns new variations and adaptations of life never seen before.
