I think her pout is very cute, but if you add another stroke when drawing her lips it'll look less Steven Universe.
I would simplify the skirt and change the blush to be more warm toned. Her head looks a little big even for a cartoon style.
Her front facing knee looks bulbous, maybe draw the knee detail more vertically or omit it entirely. I don't know the tone you're going for in your cartoon, but it'll be cuter and less lewd if you go no belly button less boob detail like other shows do.
