you can't pose a figure or construct anatomy, regardless of being able to copy a skeleton from a reference. you have virtually no understanding of lighting, which you're trying to mask by making by doing something "surreal" that ignores lighting altogether. Your composition is boring, and you also don't understand perspective, which is why your figure is square in the middle, floating, incorrectly constructed, and the background is flat on with no inorganic shapes to distract from your perspective weaknesses as an artist. You have absolutely no idea what to do with water, which is why it's barely recognizable in the image. I'm also just noticing you added chromatic aberration to this, which is adding to the artifacting and blurriness of the image. Your composition is made even worse by the value balance, where your background shade is very similar to your character, causing the silhouette to be lost to the background.

You're a beginner and you're probably proud of this, and it's fun, I don't hate it. I think you're better at making textures than anything else. Your fundamentals need a lot of work though.

If you're serious about art, keep at it, you've got potential. You asked for people to criticize your artwork, which is a good sign.
