I don't blame Duchamp. Or Malevitch. I like to assume they'd agree with me regarding the people who so much value on a square of monochrome paint or a flipped-over urinal, and not as much on the paintjob of the wall behind it, or on the urinals in the museum toilets... and who call others fools for not seeing that value.

I saw recently this drawing he did in 1912, supposed to be his last. I like it.

Besides that, I can't bear a grudge for his later work, as it serves to put into light the hypocrisy and vacuity of professional and amateur art critics.
