The following quality-of-life fixes has been pushed out to the site:

> CRITICAL: Fixed a bug with the elimination handler that would've eliminated non-daily participants on the first day of their submission period if they did not submit (should not have impacted anyone yet).
> IMPORTANT: Submission form now automatically populates with your chosen post frequency if you are currently actively participating in DAD, rather than just being "Daily" by default.
> IMPORTANT: Fixed issue where submission form would break if uploaded file was too large.
> Site next-day timer no longer freaks out at 00:00 GMT.
> Fixed performance of daily elimination and score handler.
> File size error now accurately reflects 2.5 MB limit instead of saying 25 MB.

I'm going to get some exercise, draw, then pump out more fixes and site improvements.

Temporarily putting this on maintenance mode so that I can clean up some problems with the 24 hour thing.
Some eliminations occurred due to me forgetting a small piece of code.
I estimate the time it'll take to fix this to be about an hour.
