Quicky that I made at 2AM when I couldn't fall asleep, hope you can get something out of it and if not, my bad.

I dunno man there's a lot of clutter there and as far as I can tell not much that is helpful.
The things I would focus on are the shape of the red dress because it's pretty distinct in comparison to the form and then a simplification of the mayor forms (ribcage, hip, legs.)
The ellipses for the Form for the leg on the left are okay but for the leg on the right for some reason it's on the wrong axis and tilted in the wrong direction. (that is if I understand what you're trying to do, like i said it's a bit of a mess.)
It's hard to tell what you should work on since as far as an actual drawing is concerend there's not much there.
But I get the sense you don't really understand Form, so whip out your figure drawing book of choice and go to the chapter that focuses on that.

could use better: line quality, line simplicity, awareness of angles, proportions, snazzy shapes, some actual forms.
For improving line quality there's not really much to do except think more about where you want a line to go and if you can make it simpler and more elegant.
Ghost over a line and then try to hit it with a clean smooth stroke.
Angles and proportion is essentially measuring, you just have to pay better attention/ relate things to one another.
