You have bigger problems than ear placement/chin connection. Your body looks like a blob of utter nonsense. Separate the torso into proper sections, ribs > abdomen > hip. Draw them in boxes and make sure they all yield to the same perspective. I tried recreating your drawing but honestly though I kinda hurt myself in confusion there as well. Be great if someone who's more in the know to help out.
