No worries, that's understandable. The hips aren't fine in a couple of ways, as you can see yourself you haven't connected the lines on the left, and in general they lack definition, because you didn't draw the legs properly - upper leg muscles that are part of the hip as well, are important in defining the pelvic shape, together with the pelvic muscles. I don't want to redline it just yet, because i want you to bring the bottom half of the image to the quality of the top half first, so it doesn't feel like two different people drew it. Take a break and maybe study the legs tommorow, look at different angles of the leg to understand their shape better. Finding the answer yourself has much more value in learning than getting an answer. The more subtle proportional mistakes may require redlining, but that comes after, so no need to overwhelm yourself with problems of different magnitude. One step at a time.
