Don't listen to him, no such thing as a finished piece. Everything should be a study and should be done at the edge of one's skill and within a set timeframe.
Anyway your piece has really nice values. However the women is too dark, the darkest values should be closest to the camera. Also the ground highlights could be put in better perspective by narrowing their up-down lengths in comparison to their widths, easily doable if they're on a separate layer. Good work and don't listen to crabs.
